Let me introduce you to Varun Chauhan an upcoming fashion photographer from New Delhi, India. Varun has been a very close friend of mine since he was a model. Yes ! he is a model turned fashion photographer. As a model he has done various music albums and was popularly known as Chotta Salman because of his resemblance with Salman Khan.

Varun always loved creativity and had his own way of seeing and imagining things. It was Varun’s dream to carve a niche for himself in fashion photography. So, one fine day he came to me and told me about his dream to become one of the top fashion photographers in Delhi. I really liked the passion in his eyes and the fire he had in his belly to become a fine fashion photographer.

The problem was, he knew nothing about fashion photography. He neither had a professional camera nor a studio to practise or learn fashion photography. The only powerful thing he had was the passion to learn fashion photography and that was enough. I taught him the basics and showed him the way and rest his history.

Now Varun Chauhan Photography is the name that most of the people of fashion industry in Delhi trust and recognise. His creative fashion photography got him various magazine shoots and chance to work with India’s leading fashion photographers.

His fashion model portfolios are worth looking at. Unlike other known fashion photographers, who charge exorbitant amount of money without putting any efforts in the model’s portfolio, Varun works quite hard to give variations and different looks in the models portfolio. His model portfolios are a mix of fashion, casual, mood shots etc. taken indoors as well as outdoors.
