Validation of ads and responses

Hi

Would like to know that how much time it takes for an ad or a reply to an ad to get validated?

Assuming it is 24 hours or more than that, wd like to suggest something-

Try to lessen that time....so that the turnaround time (from the date when the ad is posted, to the date when i can view someone's reply and act upon it) is better.

Thats a nice suggestion Surabhi. But considering that it is a free platform and the validation is a manual work that requires time in reading and deciding to validate or delete a post, I guess around 24 - 48 hours is fine.
I can have a dedicated person checking and validating the posts every hour or so if you all decide to contribute say around Rs.99 per month and that comes out to about Rs.1188 per year. Tell me how many of you will pay :-)
