Kindly dont take much time in viewing and validating replies . It can put down the offers that is open for the expecting Models! I think fast transaction may improve more feasibility for both ends ! I fully agree with you Mahesh. The only problem is if I do not moderate people start posting porn links and start spamming the forums. I have to maintain the forum in good condition. I am planning to make it a paid forum so that only serious people post here. What do you say ?

I also accept the fact sir ,that deleting explicit porn items is big waste of time it ..Paid forum is offcourse reduce this problem to a great extent ! i support this but also number of users from client side and candidates side also may decrease to vast extent that which should not happen at any cast coz having more number of contacts from both the ends is what made this site a good success (offcourse ur work behind maintaining this site is big contributing factor that we have to recall at this point of time). Well Manish ji i have one small suggestion ..these details must be highlighted in bold letters!
1) person who are involved in this (posting porngraphic contents) should be detained and his membership must be cancelled once for all.
2) A strict warning must be published in our site , stating that anybody involved will be bhined bars .(this can also appear as alert box while replying to topics)
3) New Members who are not following forum rules while posting should be given not more than 2 chance , if then it should follow with the same action as above!
4) while new members poisting in the topics should get an alert stating that kindly visit forum rules , if rules are overlooked his membership will be cancelled.
5) And last but not least i have one more suggestion sir , we can have sub-moderators who should come again ultimatly under your supervision should carry out the same task you do . But nobody will do it sincerely and without any use, so we can give them some benefits like they can post replies which will appear immediately without much delay but for others it will take atleast 2 days to 3 days , sub moderators can contact more than normal members do and they need not pay any membership fees if they participate in regulating forums and site activity, atleast 20 sub-moderators should be thr so that it is enough to work 1 hour a day ..still something else can be added sir .. s

so that ultimately we can avoid loosing contacts and also we can avoid in delayed replies ....i think my small idea may give u some further ideas...hope we members can help you by supporting to the rules of our site ...as how u do for us ..!!!
