ModelsUP is a fashion & life style monthly magazine which has been registered from Registrar of News Papers(RNI), Government of India. It is proposed that the magazine must be atleast 120 pages but demo issue of the magazine will be 80 pages. The printing cost comes around Rs.45 per copy and we are planning 1000 demo version of the magazine so total costs of the 1000 comes around 70000(inclusive designing and other allied expenses). The cost of sale is proposed Rs.30 to customers but we will provide the magazine to the proposed dealers at a cost of Rs.15 and they provide the same to the hawkers/book sellers at a cost of Rs.20. Dealer will gain Rs.5 per copy and bookseller will get Rs.10 per copy as profit. But we will be in loss of Rs.30 per copy. The loss will be recovered from the advertisement proposed to be published in the magazine. Uttar Pradesh is a large state of India and it covers about 60 districts. Our programme is to appoint dealers all over India. The security amount on first phase will be Rs.10000 each and to that extent we will provide the books to the dealers. so 60 x 10000 = 6.00 lacs will be received from Uttar Pradesh as refundable Security money but we will not give any interest on the security money and as and when the dealer quit our agency we will return the same amount to the dealer. First phase we want to print at least four issues of the magazine and the area on first phase will be Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai. By investing around Rs.10 lacs INR, the magazine will be distributed all over India. This is for your knowledge for first phase. Moreover, the book relates to films, film stars, celebrities, modeling, electronic and print media, fashion and life style, fashion and ramp shows, man hunt and beauty pageants, title hunts, designers etc.
