[b] For once the combined strength of the Khans put together has brought them on their knees with their face turning blue as Hrithik Roshan has virtually trapiezed all over the Khan territory and emerged as the undisputed winner in Bollywood. While the trio of Aamir-Salman-Shahrukh would each like to independentally believe that they're the last word in Bollywood alas the writing on the wall spells quite a different screenplay.
Right from the time Hrithik virtaully stormed into Bollywood in top gear with Kaho Na Pyar Hai, everyone was silently aware that he would tumble all the odds and emerge a winner in the long run. Even though his subsequent films fell like nine pins at the box-office after his magnificient debut, yet not for a single moment did anybody doubt Hrithik's screen power and his presence on the success charts remained intact.
It actually took almost three long years before his dad Rakesh Roshan dished out Koi Mil Gaya that once again made him race ahead swiftly.While the Khans were busy trying to hook the Oscars or grabbing a chunk of the NRI market or fighting messy court cases Hrithik prefered to
keep a low profile and let his performances do the talking.
The hat-trick has been repeated with his latest home production Krrish...assumed to be a sequel of Koi Mil Gaya has virtually busted the box-office and now there is no denying that Hrithik was no longer the dark horse but actually a deserving front runner for the top slot.. breathing
heavily down the necks of the Khans who still believed each one of them independently ruled Bollywood.
However, all that is now a thing of the past as Hrithik has emerged as the undisputed number one Bollywood star as he is actually the most expensive of them all. Ever since he autographed the three film deal with Anil Ambani of reliance-Adlabs for a whopping unheard amount of 35 crores(all in white over the table check payment).While the other three Khans are more than glad to take home 5-6 lakhs in black & white per film, Hrithik has pushed the envelope much further from their reach as his break up for the three film deal settles in at 11 crore plus per film.
While nobody doubts his dashing good looks and talent one cannot but wonder aloud if it was Tina Ambani nee Munim who put in a good word as she alwasy shared fond vibes with Guddu-Rakesh Roshan during her acting days when they did films like Bhagwan Dada and Aap Ki Khatir? None the less hrithik Roshan has proved to live upto the Reliance slogan of kar lo Duniya Mutthi Mein!!!
